• Any AI outputs, illustrations, or custom work delivered to you remain your property once paid in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payments & Billing

• Payment terms are specified in your invoice or service agreement.

• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

• Refunds are only provided at our discretion, unless otherwise required by law.

4. Service Limitations & Disclaimers

• AI technology can produce errors or unexpected results. We make no guarantees of absolute accuracy.

• Our services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

5. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

6. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if you violate these terms or use our services in an unlawful or harmful way.

7. Third-Party Tools

Some services may rely on third-party AI platforms, APIs, or integrations. We are not responsible for the reliability or performance of those external tools.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States of America.

  • Website will be built with “Hello” theme by Elementor.
  • Website will be built with the Elementor builder.
  • We are not responsible for any copyright issues.
  • We do not guarantee any plug-in licenses not expiring.
  • We are not responsible if your website gets hacked.
  • Clients will get 2 free lists of revisions. Further revisions will cost $100 each.
  • We are not responsible for any problems with Google Analytics, Hotjar or any other third party connections outside of the plug-ins we have installed while building the website.
  • We do not guarantee any scores with any website performance tester.
  • Your website will be tested for functionality on current Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Vivaldi internet browsers. We do not guarantee that your website will look exactly the same on every screen due to various screen resolutions and aspect ratios.
  • Any requests outside of the initial agreement for the website project will be reviewed for an estimate of additional cost(s), presented to you the client, and we seek approval prior to proceeding.
  • You are responsible for the cost of any outside paid assets. This includes but not limited to hosting, domains, SSL certificates, third party plugins, paid stock images, and premium fonts. In addition, we cannot be held liable for the functionality of third party plugin or software, recommended or otherwise.
  • We’re proud of our work and reserve the right to apply the text “Designed by Don’s Webs” within the footer of your website. Should you wish to remove the credit, a fee of $250 will be applied. Removal of our name does not mean surrendering our design credit to any other party. Without our expressed consent, you agree that “Designed by Don’s Webs” will be visible displayed on your website acknowledging our design credit for the life of your website.
  • This agreement is non-transferable and non-refundable. The initial deposti does not constitute a credit, and therefore cannot be used towards our other services. You are accountable for the full balance of your contract whether you decide to complete website or not. The initial 50% is required to begin your project, the next 25% upon review of the initial draft, and the remaining balance upon completion prior to launch. 
  • Don’s Webs will do everything possible to build you an great website, but we accept no liability for your sales, revenue, and/or the success of your website/business directly, indirectly, or consequentially.
